A bus carrying Indonesian tourists overturned on a road in central France on Thursday, leaving one person dead and 11 others injured, police said.
The bus, owned by Italian company Chiccarelli di Enzo, had 12 people on board.
Four of the injured were in serious condition and taken to hospitals in the towns of Montargis and Orleans while the Italian driver suffered minor injuries.
The age and exact origin of the Indonesians were not immediately known. An Indonesian diplomat was expected at the scene later Thursday.
The bus overturned a number of times for so far unknown reasons at Saint-Hilaire-sur-Puiseaux, near Montargis.
Five ambulances, several doctors and a helicopter were sent to the scene of the accident.(ChannelNewsAsia)
