Kompas Gramedia Group’s Santika Indonesia Hotels and Resorts will open three more hotels in July, including the Santika Siligita Nusa Dua Hotel in Bali, which was launched on Tuesday.
Corporate marketing and communications manager Vivi Herlambang said that the Bali hotel had become the 18th hotel in Indonesia with the Santika brand and the 50th hotel opened by the Santika Group.
Other brands under Santika Group are Amaris, Kayana, Samaya and Santika Premier.
“Fifty is the golden number and it shows our commitment to help improve the hospitality and MICE business in the country,” she said in a statement.
Besides Siligita Nusa Dua, the group has recently opened Santika Hotel Palu in Central Sulawesi and the two-star Amaris Hotel Juanda in Surabaya, East Java, on July 13 and 9 respectively.
Santika Siligita is located on Jl. Pintas Siligita, which is near the island’s popular tourist area Nusa Dua, a center for international conventions.
