Indonesia has again urged Australia to review its tough travel advice, saying there have been no terrorist bombings in the country over the past year.
Foreign Minister Dr Hassan Wirajuda said it was unwarranted for Australia to continue advising people to reconsider travel to Indonesia due to the threat of terrorist attacks.
The advice was damaging "people to people" links between the two countries, he said during a visit to Sydney for an Australia-Indonesia conference.
Indonesia considers the current advice too tough, especially compared with advisories for other nations that have also been targeted by terrorists, such as the United States and Britain.
