Best Western Premier Hotel Opens in Solo

Best Western International has launched its luxury brand - Best Western Premier - in Indonesia, with the opening of the Best Western Premier Hotel Solo.

In the heart of Solo city, the 148 room hotel is alongside banking and government buildings, while the two famous Royal Palaces of Mangkunegaran and Kasunanan are nearby. A bustling social and cultural scene waits to be explored right outside, while striking views of Mounts Merbabu, Merapi and Lawu frame a busy city kaleidoscope.

“We are proud to have such a beautiful hotel under the Best Western Premier brand in Indonesia. Solo is a city rich in culture and the hotel reflects the area’s many different batik designs and the architectural accents famous in this region of Javanese royalty,” said Winston Hanes, Business Development Consultant, Best Western International’s Area Development – Indonesia.

Notable elements of the hotel’s enchanting Javanese art interior include the reception area with its antique wooden front desk sporting a granite stone top and copper front, a lift featuring graceful carved mirror finishing, the elegant Restaurant Srikandi with its traditional style and original detail, the pool bar retouched with wooden flooring and guestroom doors of fine wood in a minimalist decorative style.

Best Western Premier Hotel Solo is the first Indonesian property to feature the chain’s Bhuvana… My Spa. Best Western International’s Asia - Spa Operations Manager, Ms. Lorievelle Valeriano, said “The Bhuvana… My Spa experience features many elements, each of them coming together to help create a wonderful spa sojourn. Our therapists personalize each experience according to the guest’s character and needs so they get exactly what they’re looking for every time, and more.”
