The spacious open gardens on the north end of the InterContiental Bali Resort will be the location for the 2nd Jimbaran Bay Jazz Festival to be held on Sunday, July 7, 2013.
A full day of outstanding performances by leading Indonesian and International Jazz musicians will provide a memorable concert from the festival stage-by-the-sea starting from 1:00 pm until 11 pm in the Resort’s Spa Garden.
Headlining the festival will be the David Benoit along with renowned Indonesian vocalist Tompi, the legendary Indonesian Krakatau Band, The Groove, Helga Fushion, Monita Tahalea and many more quality are slated to take turns at the microphone while Bali’s leading jazz proponents – such as Tropical Transit and Rio Sidik will also appear
A tasty selection of Balinese and Sudanese refreshments will be available during the festival from traditional food stalls set up around the edge of the garden. There will also be a cultural bazaar showcasing local works of arts and souvenirs for sale – all adding to the festive, relaxed atmosphere of the day on the beach listening to jazz.
Jazz aficionados are encouraged to gather a group of like-minded friends to share a mat or a blanket in the open gardens while listening to band-after-band of outstanding talent.
Tickets are available at the gate for only Rp. 150,000 (US$15) covering the entire’s day's 10 hours of non-stop musical entertainment.
