Wedang Jahe Restaurant Reopens at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali
The Wedang Jahe Restaurant at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa has reopened after undergoing 4 months of extensive renovations.
Interior designer Ronald Sunrise of Sunrise Architects together with I Made Sujana from the Nirmala Group
commandeered the renovation that used rich elements of stone and wood
and design elements inspired by Balinese culture. The striking wooden
ceiling design represents an upturned Balinese umbrella, while murals
depicting local dancers adorn the walls.
Wedang Jahe Restaurant offers innovative culinary delights
amidst a modern, stylish, and elegant setting. Dining options include a
choice of indoor or outdoor seating. An enclosed private dining room for
20 persons is also available for special occasions and celebrations.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the restaurant.
Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa’s executive chef Neil Firman has focused mainly on a sumptuous rotating breakfast buffet. The Restaurant is also available for group lunches and dinners.
General manager, Jamal Hussain, said, “Our vision is to create a refreshing dining option that will enthrall our multi-cultural guests. This extensive renovation also reiterates our commitment to continuously improve and excel with all our products and services."
