The largest and most comprehensive exhibition of gifts, house-ware, and handicrafts in Indonesia, and indeed in South East Asia: The Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair (INACRAFT 2018) will again be held at the Jakarta Convention Center, from 25th to 29th April 2018.
Entering its 20 years' milestone this year, this grand exhibition will place special highlight on the province of North Sumatra as icon of INACRAFT 2018. The magnificent splendor of Lake Toba, the largest Lake in Southeast Asia, together with the lure of Instagrammable green and blue landscapes of the province have always attracted people from all over the world to North Sumatra. Moreover, its cultural legacies that live on in the various regions' traditional ceremonies, sacred rituals, and art performances, as well as the precious weaving art of Ulos and Songket, all truly spell the charm that is North Sumatra.

Booths of INACRAFT 2018 will feature local and international exhibitors including: Producers and Craftsmen, Exporters / Importers / Buying Agents, Collectors, Handicraft producer associations, Artisans Management Agencies, State Owned Enterprises, Related Ministries, Provincial Administrations, Municipal Administrations, District Administrations, Provincial Offices of Ministries, National and Provincial Handicraft Boards, Banks, and more.
Held annually since 1999, INACRAFT has proven itself as the most significant event where craftsmen and artisans all across the archipelago present their finest artworks. The event is acknowledged as the perfect arena where suppliers, distributors, policy makers, and customers gather for the creative development of Indonesia's handicraft industries. INACRAFT has also gained recognition both from national and international markets who seek fine quality products.
INACRAFT 2018 is organized by The Association of Exporters and Producers of Handicrafts of Indonesia (ASEPHI) in collaboration with Mediatama Binakreasi as Co-Organizer and BNI (Indonesia National Bank) as main sponsor. The event is also fully supported by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, Ministry for State Owned Enterprises, ASEAN Handicraft Promotion and Development Association (AHPADA), and the Indonesia Exhibition Companies Association, Creative Economy Agency, the National Craft Council, and the City of Jakarta.
