The Toraja Highland used to be a popular international tourist destination for quite some time. But political events seemed to have left the destination in the lurch. Whilst, in the meantime, Bali made a successful recovery, the magnificent wonders of Toraja seemed to have slowly faded from the international tourist scene.
For this reason, all tourism stakeholders in the region have actively joined hands to reintroduce its fascinating wonders and restore the highland and beyond back to its former glory.
